  • The game starts with a standard 52-card deck. Each player (in a 4-player game) is dealt 7 cards. After dealing, one card is drawn from the deck and placed face-up next to the draw pile — this is called the 'head' (represented by a crown icon in the game).Game Logo
  • Scoring is based on sets, which are either sequences (runs) or triples. Both types must contain at least 3 cards to count for points and be played by 'melding' or 'laying down'.
  • Card sequences in Dummy must ascend in order: 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 J Q K A. You cannot wrap around (e.g., K A 2 is not valid).
  • A sequence (run) is made up of cards of the same suit in ascending order. It must consist of at least 3 cards, such as 2♠ 3♠ 4♠ or J♠ Q♠ K♠ A♠.
  • A triple (set) consists of cards with the same number but different suits. It must also have at least 3 cards, such as 3♥ 3♠ 3♣ or K♠ K♥ K♣ K♦.Game Logo
  • Players may meld or add to melds if able; otherwise, they must draw a card. After completing these actions, the player discards one card to end their turn. The game continues turn by turn until someone goes out (knocks) or the game ends.
Rules
  • Meld
    Scoring from the discard pile by picking at least one card to form a valid set or run and placing it on the table is called a meld.
  • Lay Down
    Once a player has melded at least once, they can lay down more sets or runs from their hand to score.
  • Meld/Lay Down with Speto
    Melding or laying down with a Speto card in the set. For example: 2 2 and 2(Speto) will score 2(+5), 2(+5), and 2(+50).
  • Pick the Head
    Melding using the head card from the discard pile. For example, the head is 3 and you meld with 3 3, you score 3(+50), 3(+5), 3(+5). If the head is a Speto, it's worth (+100).
  • Deposit
    Placing a card from your hand to another player's set to gain points, which can only be done after melding. For example, another player melded 3 4 5 and you have 2 and 6. You can deposit to form: 2 3 4 5 6. You earn points for your cards: 2(+5), 6(+5).
  • Deposit with Speto
    Depositing a Speto card like 2 or Q (highlighted in gold in-game) can be done only after melding. For example, another player has 2 2 2, you can deposit your 2 and score 50 points.
  • Knock
    After drawing or picking a card and using all your cards in sets or deposits, if you are left with only one card and discard it, you knock and end the game. If no one knocks and the draw pile runs out, the game ends. The last player to discard scores 50 points.
  • Blind Knock
    If a player has never melded and finishes the game by using all cards and discarding the last one, it's a blind knock. The player earns 50 points and their total score is multiplied by 2.
  • Color Knock
    If a player knocks with all sets and deposits being the same suit (excluding the knock card), they get 50 points and multiply their total score by 2. Example: 3 4 5 6 and 9 10 J Q.
  • Blind Color Knock
    If a player never melded and knocks with all sets and deposits being the same suit, they earn 50 points and multiply their total score by 4.

  • Speto refers to the 2 and Q cards (highlighted in gold in-game). These cards have a special score of 50 points. They can be scored like other cards in runs, sets, and deposits. However, if you get knocked and still hold these cards in your hand, they count as -50 points according to the rules.
Point Deductions
Penalties resulting in point deductions when players commit the following:
  • Discarding a Deposit Card
    When a player discards a card into the discard pile that could have been deposited (called discarding a deposit card), they will be penalized 50 points
  • Discarding on the Head
    If a player discards a card that can form a run or set with the “head” card, it is called discarding on the head. If another player picks up the head card and melds it within that round, the player who discarded on the head is penalized 50 points. For example, if the head is 3 and you discard 4, then another player melds using 5♣ from their hand together with 3 and 4, you will be penalized 50 points.
  • Discarding a Full Sequence
    A player who discards a card that can form a run or set with at least two cards in the discard pile will immediately be penalized 50 points. For example, if the discard pile has 5 and 6, and a player discards 7, they will be penalized 50 points.
  • Being Deposited with Speto
    When a player lays down cards that can be deposited with a Speto card by another player, they will be penalized 50 points. For example, if you lay down 2 2 2 and another player deposits 2 (Speto) on your set, you will be penalized 50 points. Or if you lay down 4 5 6 and deposit 3 to form 3 4 5 6, and another player deposits 2 (Speto) on that set, you will be penalized 50 points, just like with Q.
  • Discarding a Losing Card
    When a player discards a card that allows another player to pick it up and knock, ending the game, the discarding player is penalized 50 points.
  • Blind Negative
    If a player has never melded and another player knocks or the game ends, the player will be penalized twice the total negative points they hold.

  • Calculate the average from everyone's scores, for example
    • A scored 165 points
    • B scored 70 points
    • C scored 30 points
    • D scored -10 (negative ten) points
  • Compare each player's score against others and sum up the results
    • A compared to B is 95 (A has 95 points more than B)
    • A compared to C is 135
    • A compared to D is 175, so A's total is 95 + 135 + 175 = 405
    • B's total is -95 + 40 + 80 = 25
    • C's total is -135 + (-40) + 40 = -135
    • D's total is -175 + (-80) + (-40) = -295
  • Adjust Weight so that no player loses too much, setting the minimum total limit to -200
    • From step 2, the lowest total is player D with -295, adjust Weight to -200 according to the limit
    • Calculate Weight (-200) / (-295) = 0.67796
    • Apply Weight adjustment to all players
    • Player A = 405 * 0.67796 = 274.57 Player B = 25 * 0.67796 = 16.94 Player C = -135 * 0.67796 = -91.52 Player D = -295 * 0.67796 = -200
  • Use the Weight-adjusted totals to calculate room value, rounding down decimals from the 3rd place onward
    • Example: For a room with 10,000 chips, dividing by constant 200 results in a multiplier 10,000 / 200 = 50
    • Multiply the multiplier 50 by the Weight-adjusted totals to get chip gains/losses: Player A = 274.57 * 50 = 13,728 chips (gain) Player B = 16.94 * 50 = 847 chips (gain) Player C = -91.52 * 50 = -4,576 chips (loss) Player D = -200 * 50 = -10,000 chips (loss)
