These Terms of Use are provided by Assign Dev Company Limited (“Company”) and govern your use of the DummyTales game and services, including: • The DummyTales mobile and PC game • The DummyTales website and in-game store • Any related applications or services By accessing or using our game or services, you (“User”, “Player”, or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under 18 years old, parental or guardian consent may be required. 1. License to Use You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to install and use one copy of the game on a single device for personal, non-commercial use only. The Company retains ownership of the game and all associated intellectual property. You may not sell, transfer, or exploit the game for commercial purposes without written permission. 2. Updates and Changes • We may update the game, services, or these terms at any time. • Continued use after updates means you accept the changes. • Updates may include technical patches or feature modifications, and may require installation to continue using the game. 3. Prohibited Uses You agree not to: • Use the game for commercial or illegal purposes • Cheat, hack, reverse engineer, or modify the game • Sell, rent, or transfer your account or game data • Use unauthorized third-party software (e.g., bots, macros) • Harass, impersonate, or harm other users • Upload harmful content (e.g., viruses, malware) • Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage Violating these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination. 4. Access and Availability We strive to offer 24/7 access, but services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to unforeseen issues. Access may also be restricted based on location or policy violations. 5. Ownership All intellectual property related to DummyTales, including artwork, characters, sound, code, and stories, belongs to the Company or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce these assets without permission. 6. User-Generated Content By submitting any content (e.g., nicknames, images, gameplay content), you grant the Company an unlimited, global license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it for any purpose. You must not submit content that violates the rights of others or is inappropriate. 7. Limitation of Liability The game and services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from bugs or errors. We are not liable for: • Service outages • Account loss due to user error • Third-party actions • In-game asset loss • Data corruption 8. Additional Disclaimers We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free or compatible with all devices. Use of the game is at your own risk. 9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Assign Dev Co., Ltd., its affiliates, staff, and partners against any claims or damages arising from your use of the game or violation of these Terms. 10. Termination These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the game. No refunds will be provided for in-game purchases unless required by law. 11. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of disputes, we aim to resolve issues amicably. Otherwise, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or local courts, depending on applicable laws. 12.
